How do I repair my car radio

Its 2000 Honda Accord LX. The radio is non stock, its a pioneer. I lost power to the radio. My phone charger shorted out the radio and i tried replaces fuses. i need DA-Dongle J2534 to know where and how to fix the power connection to the radio/cd player.
