afternoon fella's i've got a techwood 32832 flashing blue standby light, i have 3.3v 5v 12v is low at 8.32v, could be a mainboard fault, any info would be great thanks for your time

If the model of the appliance 17MB25.3 and PSU board 17PW26.3 check D893 (UF5402) and C-801 (33uF),C-840 (33uF),C-892 (100uF)

high chris it's a 17mb25-3 mainboard, 17pw26-3 psu, i've changed the fan chip the caps by the inverter connector the 2700uf 16v also ic806 the large 1000uf 50v the 2 470uf 35v still flashing cheers

Check SMD capacitors C-953,954,932 all 1uF/25V near IC-802 and Q-803
