lg 42pq2000

Hi all ,have this lg 42pq2000 wierd fault ,it comes on but cant acess tuning menu.When you press settings all the boxs appear on screen but it wont allow acess to the set up screen just skips past it ,also when you try to use the keys on the set it says lock on but its not on.Cant find an option to do a factory re set as not on any list Any ideas very welcome

You need service RC to restart factory reset
