fault stuck in standby . The red light is on , 5v supply ok ,
no swollen caps , The power supply is a Megmeet MLT668TL Rev 1.3
managed to get psu working by replacing R41 with 1meg
as shown in your cct Rev 1.5 , on my panel it had three 2meg ohm resistors in
series , R39,40 & 41

but not the same it’s output 5v,12v,24v and have this ic’s

i replaced all chemical capacitors and resold all components and smd components
no way any tips or hints are welcome
any body have schematic for this unit or similar (mlt xxxx) or any set have this unit or MC063PG datasheet
MLT198 usually a problem with the +24 V
finally with z 16 pin chip MC0628R (i think your MC is similar this same?)
same times RG42 = MC0628R

i repaired it but with unscientific way
i found vcc2 about 11.2 but from schematic and datasheet
it is not right any way i connect D8 cathode TO PIN 15 IN IC mc063pg THROUGH 15 OHM and put zener 15v
tv works now 3 days under test
