evening fella's got call this afternoon  to go and at this look tv it's a technika 32-09x  17pw26-4 psu with a 17mb45m-2 MB,the couple said it wouldn't switch on, it was unpluged when i got there, plug it in came on, the language wasn't set in english, sorted that, switched it off switch it on again but the light started flashing blue, brought the tv back to the bench, esr'd c818 2700uf 6.3v little high c860 4700uf 6.3v very high changed both 12v is low at 11.63v the others are ok, that's where am at the minute thanks for your time

Hi Shaun,

May not be useful, but if high ESR caps have corrupted the Eeprom - Attach a bin from something quite similar - Chris.

hi chris they weren't swollen on the top as normal, just around the edges, it's comes on ok the first time, but saying that  i can't get it into the freeview mode, just a blue screen, when you switch it off the the blue light flashes slowly, i was thinking mainboard thanks for your time
