Philips 21pv548/39 tv/ video comby

Hi
I got a problem with this TV set.
Only the power LED is blinking. :bo:
Replaced EHT already with no result.
Can somebody hive me advise on this problem?

i don't know how u have proceeded?how can u change the eht?first u had to see whether the b+ is present or not.most blinking faulty tv's ,needs resoldering almost every section

I got a test set from HR DIEMEN  STVDST-01
The primairy coil was shorted there fore i replaced the EHT
