Sony hard-1000 service menu

anyonne have the service code for sony hard-1000 ub, I have found the one for aep and us models but it’s a different code
Does anyone have the Sony hard-1000 service manual for the uk market hard1000 UB
Any help would be much appreciated. The hard drive has gone faulty and need to get into service menu to format the new drive

hi,thought these can only be adjusted with computer software but its no longer available to download

Not sure yes the hard1000 m-crew software  to control the unit and transfer songs. I don’t have that either and can’t find anywhere. According to the aep service manual you press hdd stop , cd stop, and yes buttons together to enter service mode but this doesn’t work on the uk model. Bit gutted it’s my fathers so I might have to try and find something similar for him

hi again you could try media go software as it works with a lot of sony media players and its a free download
