Did any one find the solution to this apparent common fault??

Is fault there from cold or after sometime?
If there from cold and fault doesn't get worse, Upper Y drive PCB is possible. You'll notice the IC/s getting hotter than lower ones.
Faulty panels can cause drive board to fail, generally fault gets worse as panel heats 30min+.
Panels are common with S5's
