LG - 55LS4500 - Vertical Lines

Hi,

I need help to resolve this issue.

TV : 55LS4500
Issue : Vertical lines end to end.

When i switch on, power LED (RED) blinks 3 times and the vertical lines show up and stays. I replaced the t-con board today but still having issues.

I can hear the sound but not the actual video. only vertical lines.

looks like main display connection problem try pressure on screen flexies to see if it changes

I tried that too. I cleaned the flex cables and put it back. still no change. Also i checked the voltage in the t-con board test points. Here are the values.

fuse : 12v
VDD : 16.9v
VGH : 26.7v
VGL : -6.9v
VCOM : 7.9v

flexies tend to come away on screen end not its sockets
