Hi all, have this sony 55x8509c flashing green orange light have tryed to load software from usb but its not loading.Any ideas whats wrong.Thanks

Procedure:
 1. Insert mains plug.
 2. Wait for a few seconds (until the power LED flashes yellow/green).
 3. Insert USB stick in USB 2 socket.
 4. Wait until LED becomes white (approx.one minute) and then LED flashes 
    white (approx. one minute).
  Note1: After approx. 10 minutes, appliance should restart.
  Note2: If update does not start, rename the firmware update file
               to "update_loader.pkg".
