Tv screen contras faults

Hi,

Just wondering if anybody can help me. My CRT tv screen Toshiba 29N3XE turn into dim even though I have  set it up maximun for contras . Is there any posiblity video IC faults?

Hi,
when crt is dimed,try measure voltages on crt board as Ug2 and heating voltage .Check socket of crt,and resolder it.
