HI,
why do you don't write ,what do you measured for find problem?
Is the voltages of power +B correct?
If the size of pictures not correct in the top and down ,you must finding problem's in vertical part.
Your model is chassis FE-1 ,and usually problem's making bad joint's on IC301.

Can you explain the problem a bit better? Is the picture streched or squote the bottm smaller than the top Have you got sound? All is inportant because without seeing the actual picture its near pnpossable to explain what to do?
