component needed

hi, does anyone know where i would be able to get 2   b340b, they are schotchy diodes. ive managed to get datasheets but all the companies ive found on the net want to sell them by the thousands,tried cricklewood and chs but unable to get...

also does anyone know where i could get a schematic for a TANGO MAIN B/D, its from a hyundai hlt-3711 and doesnt have any other markings.free would be good but i dont mind having to pay.

we use these a lot, mushroom components do them in lots of 10

i contacted mushroom but they do not have these diodes.if you have any you could spare i only need 2 and will pay you for them.if you do, PM me your phone no and i will call you,thanks

try rs components...if you have the spec maybe you could get a similar performing schottky diode

tried rs and they have a similar diode but i dont know enough about schotchy diodes as to whether it would be ok.if anyone can help the datasheets are below,the top one being the b340b and the lower being the similar rs.they are to go on an lcd inverter.any help will be appreciated
