Panasonic TH-42PE30 Plasma TV

Dead set.Standby light flashes 7 times.
Fault located on the scan driver board TNPA3106.
JS601 fusible link part number (ERD25T0) o/c.
Q606 FET part number (2SK3795000SB) s/c.
D621 part number (SF20LC30F10) s/c.
CHS now stock Q606 (33008XG) £12.36 + vat.
JS601 (33008XF) 50p + vat.

I am still trying to locate D621 which is NLA from Panasonic or CHS.
It is a 3 legged device 300V 20A.
Has anyone got one in stock new or s/h or knows of a suitable
replacement.
