Hi guys,
Anybody come across one of these that the stby red led comes on goes out power relay clicks but no green led. the only rails up on p.s.u. are 9volts st by & one of the 3.3volt lines. plug/socket cn8002 on p.s.u. pins 5&6 are marked clock&data but no signs of life.chassis type  ftp1.1e.If anybodies got any bright idea's or circuit diagram .

Hi you could check this:
Measure the voltage on test point "D3R3V" adjacent to connector CN8001
in the right bottom corner of the PSU board.
If below 3.3 V, increase it to 3.5 V +/- 0.1 V by adjusting potmeter
VR8009 (in the middle of the PSU board), with all cables and the SSB
still connected.

If it is smilar to the 33FD9944/01S Philips Plasma try replacing these capacitors in the power supply:
2662 - 100 uF 25V
2663 - 100 uF 25V
2664 - 1000 uF 25V
2540 - 100 uF 25V
Plus any other 100 uF 25 volt capacitors you find on the power supply.
Use 105ºC low ESR capacitors.
This worked for me and many others.
I'd also re-set the voltage to 3.3 volts.
