Latest fault...... 20WL56.. the picture, & backlights start up, after a second or two, the 'snow' starts to fold up to the top of the screen, flickering as it goes, the menu, is reversed!!!! sometimes and moves all over the shop!! and is sometimes one colour?? yellow or green, its should be blue!! eventually the picture 'snow' turns a tint of red/purple and then fades away altogether... then starts over again...what???? The inverter and LDVS PCBS are working with another board OK... as is another cable, Type is Vestel (rubbish) 17MB08p - 03 any thoughts??? EEPROM Fine, Xtal Fine... Eh??? :ciao:
There is no obvious drys etc....
As an afterthought its a bit like the vertical hold problems on CRTs :wallbash: rolling!! and red!!
