Toshiba RDXV45 with intermittent system error

I have an RDXV45 which occasionally comes up with system error 02-57 on screen and shuts down.  andbody got any ideas?

Hi Michael,
0257 is the error code caused by "fan lock". After displaying error code machine shuts down.
According to tosh.tech.
