Hi guys,I have just repaired the above l.c.d. t.v. fault was dead set,s/c diode in p.s.u. set now up & running o.k. all functions seem normal,but the stand by red power l.e.d.flashes all the time.I think may be the service memory may need clearing of fault codes,just a guess! does anybody know how you get into service mode on this t.v. many thanks Maff.

I found the answer to the problem.If these sets are stand mounted,they have a sub base & amp which plugs into a socket on the bottom of the t.v. if they are wall mounted but not on a SONY wall bracket then the l.e.d.flashes but you can buy a small adapter:huh1:
