Help if
poss when plugged into main's all it displays is starting and hard drive lit up
been on philips tech site they say try factory reset have tried still no joy
cannot display any menu on screen remote control as no effect
thats hoping some one can help

Find solution from philips service.
The model is new so probaply is in quarranty.

rang philips help line they say new software will cure fault
they are posting disc with new software and instructions how to install

Hi all
received new software from philips tried to download no joy,
rang philips tech line ,to cut along story short they suggest returning unit for repair
cost around £120.00 ,have scrapped machine
