IS ANYBODY ABLE T O HELP WITH THIS FAULT. TV POWERS UP BUT NO PIC DUE TO 197V VS SUPPLY MISSING FROM PSU. ALL OTHER SUPPLIES OK. VS SUPPLY IS NOT BEING TURNED ON BY MICRO CONT BOARD, BUT CAN BE TURNED ON IF QU803 BRIDGED C TO E.
