HELP NEEDED. 19" TV'S ALL WITH SAME FAULT

Hello Everyone,
I could really do with some help.  I now have 10 x 19" lcd tv's all with the same problem.

Six are branded STRATO, two are Technosonic 1908 and two Technika.  All of them look the same externally, internally there is 2 versions of the same mainboard.  All of them just flash the red stanby light?  I have already posted about this fault before, but i still can't fix them.  Thanks to TvTony and Taloola i have replaced the 3 leg diodes V20100SG and checked all the resistors I can, but still no joy.  All I'm getting at the moment is when the tv is powered, the 102M 1Kv cap makes a clicking noise and the standby light flashes.  I have compared the board to a working one and can't trace any fault.


So I'm asking for help (any help).  Before I decide to see how far 19" tv's can fly off the tyne bridge.  cheers

Hi Most of the smaller lcd tv`s Tesco sell under their brand Technika are made by Venturer although the specific models Tesco import have not been imported by Venturer but if you go to  arwservices.co.uk  you will find service manuals and user manuals.
