'Easy Touch' ETL071-32HD
« on: June 12, 2009,11:45:43 »

    Hello Folks,

One from our Chinese brothers, I think, where after working well for 10 minutes, it cuts totally, but with the Led still showing green. On re-applying mains, it lasts 30 seconds.

Suspect Power supply problems, as although - Shenzhen Chuangeng Huike CN88-320P-5S24125 - version 2.2 is a tidy unit, but it keeps it's caps under heat sinks, pehaps for safety. No cap exhibits a domed top, but I'm naturally suspicious.

Note that a web site is printed on the PCB - WWW.cheng.com  -  but suspect little help would be forthcoming.

    Any ideas - Chris.

Hi Folks,

Set now OK. After dismantling to inspect set and photograph panels, on re-assembly set worked without fault. Suspect perhaps Power to Invertor plugs/sockets a bit iffy.

    Chris.
