Swisstech 20.1" LCD TV RECIEVER

Hi I Have a MODEL NO LCD-20 LCD TV/MONITOR I think ,made by sky? Well it sudenly started to go straight to standby when you switch it on. Ideas anyone? It does`nt matter if its a scart or PC input, I have no remote. Can anybody please help?
