Where to find a PSU for TV problem!!!

HI

Im really struggling with this Atec AV420W LCD TV now, there must have been loads of people asking this same question??

The TV just went off and a strange burning smell, now it wont switch back on but the orange light just flashes now.  Im very much sure its the PSU whats gone and need to find where or how to get one, please somebody help me, going round in circles now  :chok:

Hi Tony, Can you post a picture of the psu and give the numbers on the board. It will help us to identify the board you require improving your chances of a repair. Cheers, Norman

Ok, thanks norman for the reply, yeah i will take a piccy of it, im gettin the tv back 2moz as the engineer has had it for 3 weeks now and does not know what it is but another guy told me its the power supply board.  Where is the psu located inside the tv? should be near the plug in point right??

pl check the main circuit before fitting new psu. if main board is having fault responsible for psu burnining it may damage your new psu.
