pioneer plasma monitor PDP V401E HELP PLEASE.

hi all. this is my first listing and need some help please.
pioneer plasma monitor 42inch. model number PDP V401E all powers up with menu etc, but across the top from left to right about 6inch depth i have white line right across but rest of screen is fine.
any help appreciated.
