INSTBY RED LED IS ON WITH POWER {REMOT}GREEN LED IS ON FOR FEW SEC AND GO BACK TO STBY.
ALL VOLTAGE IN P.S ARE OK THEN RELAY CLILK AND ALL VOLTAGE DROPS AND GO BACK TO STBY.
CAN SOMEONE HELP???.

this tv is know repair found fuse resistor 0.47/.25w was under a e/wcoil.
was replesed ans after this tv still no work all voltage in ps was pumping(UP AND DOWN) find L837 IS SHORT(width) put not the same and  hori and vert was changed by service.
.
entering service;push service botton (in front panel 4 time and in 1sec push OK in remot.
