I am working on a set that had a bad digital board in it. I replaced the digital board, 1ESA17241. Before replacing the digital board, I had a stand-by light, but the set would not power up. Now, I have a power up sound, and 13 blinks of the power light. Any ideas of where to go next? I have the manual, my voltages look good, I am missing something.....
