need help on philips 21AA3356/21B

Hello
How can i change the canals without any remote control.
I can't access to the change canal menu to programm new canals on the TV with the 3 buttons (MENU, + and - ) on the front panel onthe TV.
How can i do?

press menu button then + will move up,older philips remote
should work
 or buy universal remote from argos/tv stores they are easy to set  up

but with the MENU touch there are only 4 possibilities VOLUME, BRIGHTNESS, CONTRAST and TIMER and + Touch just increases the choice.
It seems like that theTOUCH MENU is locked only for these 4 choices.

May be , a touch combination for chanel programm access but i don't it.
