hello
if i remember correctly (and i might not) this is a 19 inch set, some have a built in dvd, the fault is very common and caused by a faulty 5v regulator on the main signal pcb (top lh corner) the chip is an 8 pin smd ic, if faulty it will get very hot,very quickly causeing the internal over temp sensor to kick in, you should replace it or attaching a heatsink sometimes works
