i have just picked up a toshiba 40WH08B rear projection tvs

but the colours are out of alignment

how do i go about correcting the problem

Hi Waxhead,
The 2 convergence IC'S usually fail on these sets (STK392-110T)
But the setting up is usually a lengthy process and you will need a service manual and a lot of time and patience!

and i will post my result up when they have been fitted

fitted the new chips today and they cured the fault. but the picture is very red. i have read thru the service manual but cant find anything on ajusting the colour
any help would be great
