The initial problem was multicoloured flashing horizontal lines covering most of the screen.
Replaced the control board and then there was no picture at all. Then replaced Ysus board, but no change (still no display). Va and Vs were correct (60V and 196V), on the Ysus board, -Vy was -200V as specified, but Vscan was fluctuating between 1 and 4 V, instead of 120V.
Given that I had just replaced the Ysus board, what could have caused the Vscan voltage to be close to 0?
