program new remote for sanyo tv that stuck in video 2 mode

I have a sanyo tv model #DS 27890-00 that is in video 2 mode and the menu button on tv itself will not let me change it. The original remote was lost and i am trying to program a new universal one. Could someone help me please.

... Bro let me tell you the problem of your TV. do know how to reset the EEPROM? ok just reset it and just give full details about your tv likes if tac switch can't work or anything... then i give advice some other faults
