Sony KV-24WX1E      delay in picture after switched on...
Sound is ok all other functions work but display take 10 mins to come.
Please help if any one can..........

Hi,
This sounds like a possible CRT fault, I would try adjusting the Grid 2 supply (A1) and see if that makes a difference.

Brian is correct and try cleaning contact of RV701 on crt base with a squirt of WD40.
