Goodmans GTVL32W17HDF - Proview IPOS-150 PSU

Ok,
I received and installed the diode at d-10.  Fired up the set, still get sound but no picture.  What I did discover was that the TV will also not change channels from remote or front panel.  LED still blinking on PSU.

I suspect this is a case of PSU not powering tuner no idea how to test this.

Anyone else have this problem?

Any help would be appriciated.
