can anybody give anyone advice on this issue. problem is when adjusting volume occasionally it will slow down freeze then speed up whether using remote or controls on the set. sometimes it can take a couple of minutes to adjust volume.other times its fine.im wandering if this is a hardware issue or is it a software issue which could possibly be solved with a software update.
current software version is V3.20.1
