lg 43" plasma flashing black

Hello I have an lg RZ-42px11 telelvision. the picture is generally ok but when the screen changes to certain backgrounds, the picture flickers. also when I plug my xbox 360 in it displays in black and white or gives me a dark picture.
hope that makes sense to someone who can help me out.

if youve got an esr meter check all the 33mf caps on the y sus pcb, they may be causeing the fault

I have checked all these and replaced two but I am still getting the same problem
