Fault all voltage on the psu ok inductor ok, when i switch it on the tv displays full red/green/blue
on with an interval of about 3-4 seconds
no osdno function from push button

this is a common problem on vestel chassis, the set is in burn in mode, pressing menu on the remote should cancel it until the next time the set is turned off/on. go into service menu and turn burn in mode off.
if its not a vestel then would say changing the eeprom should correct problem.

I tried this and the remote turns the tv on and off, but when i press menu nothing happens

I have tried blanking the eprom but it gives me the same result

hiya had similar problem on a grundig --turned out to be one of control buttons on tv leaky replace cured it
may be worth checking
