hello everyone.
need service manual or schematic diagram for power supply no IPOS 250-PH1 OR IPOS250 A40.
THIS P.S CONTIANSthe inverter.
problem is whith power on stbyled is on (red) by power remot red become blue and again red .
by checking it notice that all voltag ok but inverter dosent work an ic sg3525 pin 15vcc(12v)not exsist.
 this shuld  come from an ic no  d78f922ck that conected to aplag that go to the main board 3 wires gnd bl on and pwm any one can tell me what volltge shuld be on blon and pwm.

i notice that all valltage in p.s are tripping including( pin power on ) and blon and pwm.
when opereted p.s out out of tv and put 5v in power on pin all valltage are ok no trips but steel inverer dont work i will try to operet it whith 3 wires plug and see the result.

Hi, I have a Grundig GU26DP with an IPOS 150 rev1.8 200-POO-HM15DH smps+inverter in for repair, i found that inverter ic7 NEC D78F9222CX will fire up the back light when heat is applied to it, have checked most of the smd's on the underside and check out ok  i cannot find details on chip.

Hi Robbieh,

Anything like the one attached  ?    Had similar trouble and red led on lower LHS lit when invertor failed after a few minutes, in my case heat wouldn't restore but the following day would work for a short while.

Yes it is the same board! I have changed the diodes and checked all the smd's on the underside but fails with the red led light flashing all the time but with no sequence, when i apply a little heat to the IC it powers on ok, freeze the chip and inverters switch off! Sadly can not find chip any where so looks like a board change. Many thanks for the reply

Have panel with IC7 (D78F9222CX) Flash memory programmer. My fault is a little different so if you could use panel or chip just say the word - Just postage - Chris.

Have sent you an Email would be pleased if you can send the chip or board complete will pay you for postage packaging and what ever you want for the board as it will be a cheaper option for the customer.

hi everyone.
a sulootion to the problem that i hade.
by checking all capi  by esr meter i notice that2 capi in secendery were charge in 12v i discharged them and operate  again and tv work fine.
 for safty i changed all sece capi  tv works ok for about 4 days.......... nock nock.
