HI, I HAVE A PHILIPS 42PF9945/12 WHICH SWITCHES ON, THE RELAYS CLICK, THEN DROPS TO STANDBY WITH LED FLASING RED. PLEASE COULD ANYONE HELP ON THIS. THANKS
