Samsung PS-42v6s Picture faulty (pictures inside)

Hello!

I got a Samsung plasma with a very dim picture, whith no contrast, and very poor overall as you can see in the pictures.
All the fuses are intact and voltages OK

with the lights on:


with the lights off:


lights off and no signal:

Can anyone give me a hint on this one?
