Help TV Philips 25PT8703/12

Hi, i have problem with this tv, when i turn it on his stand by LED blinks.
I have checked collector voltage of BU508 it goes up to 150v and than down to 0v and i also have checked for interrupts.
Already thanks.

have you measured line transister being s/c,if ok
leave transistor disconnected and put a dummy
load from collector to earth if bulb stays lite
fault might be loptx
