Had this plasma for about 2.5 years now.
Wall mounted in the bedroom. For some reason the screen cracked. Not a heat issue as its on an outside wall with lots of ventilation.
We weren't in the room, heard a loud bang went in the screen was mostly there but cracked, no damage to the outside of the screen etc. Its the panel thats somehow spontaneously cracked.
It still turns on but no longer displays a picture but sound etc is fine.
So where would one source a new display panel. I really liked this tv in the bedroom, I prefer it to the 50 inch LG in the living room.
preferably in the Glasgow area and a rough idea of cost. I would replace the set if needed but if I can get a panel for a reasonable price I would rather save it.
