Philips 50PFP5332D/37

Philips 50PFP5332D/37, Please look at photo, 7 verticle lines on screen with some double imaging, color is off.  Any suggestions or tips would be helpful. Anyone with a repair manual on this model?

Hi,
Go to Philips Consumer Support Website,
Enter model number,and look for software downloads,and you will find a firmware upgrade (using a memory stick)
That cures your fault!

Thanks for the quick reply, unfortunaltely the software upgrade did not change anything. If you have any other suggestions I would greatly appreciate them.

Strange one,According to philips tech. the software upgrade should resolve this problem! Has the set definately accepted the new software?
Should show version 0.1 01 .0.0
failing that, sorry but can,t suggest anything else. Maybe worth contacting Philips via consumer webpage.

If I had the set in I would first swap the Logic PCB.

Reglaced the W2 logic main board, The set works like new. Thanks aoi :clap:
