Atec AV370D Standby fault

Hi
Ive got an Atec AV370D TV to repair. The fault was supposed to be "Goes off after ten mins" after looking at it, I cant even get it to stay on. Sometimes it comes on for a few seconds then goes off and the standby light stays orange and sometimes it wont come one at all, Just the orange standyby light. Any suggestions??

Ive fitted a set of caps in the PS and it seems to have cured it  :sign0098:

Bugger. The original fault has finally shown up. It has done it 3 times in the past 35 mins. The 1st time it shut down and the standby light went orange so I turned it of and back on at the main switch, it was ok for about 10 mins then the screen just went blank but the power light was still green and the back light was still lit, the 3rd time was the same as the 1st time. Im not sure how hot these sets are supposed to get but there is alot of heat coming from the P/S. Any suggestions????  :sign0085:

Guess you've changed it but only thing on my list is C202.

Have noticed that some Chinese power supplies get ludicrously hot, my best was a Li-Shin 0223B in a 26 Beko where trannies were running happily at over 100C - Chris.
