Hi everyone.
2 thoshiba's same prbolem.
whene power is on  stby led is off(no light) no click from relay only stby5v and 40v from p.s tv is dead no responce to remote and to panel buttons.
 the power in( stby)pin is allways 0v.
i think the problem is the board no' pe0119-v28a00163a1.
anyone hase the same problem??????.

only ever had the strw6765 give problems on the 37wlt58, but have noticed of late the caps on the sub psu starting to give a high esr reading,not the same model i know, but the caps might be worth a check

i will check your advice but this model is diffrent .
usually strw6765 is the priblem when it click problem '.
 and the strw6765 works dippending on the relay situation.
in this model strw works without the situaion of relal and it supply 18v and 40v to the other supply board.
anyone have servis manual to 1 of the tvs???.
