Wanted vestel 17ips07-2 psu

hi all im in need of a vestel psu 17ips07-2 mine has a burn up plus i inadvertantly placed my finger across the smoothing cap swore a few times after so its curtains for this one im willing to part with cas or i have other psu boards inverters and  tcons that i may be able to help you with

Wot's a 17PS07-2 and in which Technika can we try not to find it ? 

Note that in another Vestel 'IPS' I met, there were no discharge resistors - also - ouch, and no backlights either.

Bring on LEDs and we'll see how Vestel can screw them up - Happy new Year - Chris.

hi chris happy new year to you too .17ips07-2 is a vestel beauty ....... combined psu/inverter this one burned up real well three smd resistors but were so badly damaged no chance of finding their value and when i got a belt off that cap that was it bloody thing .as you say cant wait to see the next vestel disaster .this was in a toshiba what has the world come to.dave
