new member want greet all there / and problems with mz-42PZ44

first time I want to say hello to all here and to admin/owner "mulja"...
my english is not the best, sometimes a bit "fuzzy", so be patient please. My native language is czech and german...I have  LG Plasma mz-42PZ44 my own, works about one year w/o any problems, my son use it with ps2 and works netto time approx 100 hours. Yesterday after switchin on have I two vertical strips through whole plasma-panel, approx 1-2 pixel wide, one is dark, one is bright. Can any1 say me what's wrong, before I transporte it to serviceman? Can it be only lose connector/connector-cable to screen or something like it? (btw, we handle this piece with care...)
