Tv shut off by it self? panasonic

MODEL is a 47WXC43G 2year old I was watching TV and it just shut off i pushed the power button to turn it back on it would not turn back on I unplugged the TV then plugged it back pushed the power button the light turn red for 5 sec and then off and blinked on and off 5 times I opened up the back the fuse had turned black and was blown. PLEASE HELP JEFF THANKS . .I changed the fuse i plugged the TV back in pushed the power button the light turn red for 5 sec and then off and blinked on and off 5 times . :!  :((  :O  8)  !lol  !amazed  !alien  ?!  ?!  ?!  ?!  %-6  :p  ;)  !mistrust

could a TRANSFORMER went bad.

Q801 is a big TRANSISTOR
has no voltage look like hit as been hot around it on the broad transfromer 802 that is next to the fuse is got 9 volt ..

You have to check diodes caps resistors in the power sup.

I fixed the tv for 5 mins it played good then out blowed the fuse was looking at Q801 I left the srew out  of Q801 were it srews to the heat sink  would that cause Q801 to blow after 5 mins.
