HI, fault with this set is on taking set out of standby you get blue light with backlights on no pic, connecting external set via scart socket you get digi menu and then set reverts to standby, while set is on no remote functins work or menu appearing on external set, dilemma is that not sure wheather i have one fault or two, screen is prob duff but not sure why no functions? protection mode maybe from duff screen or main board faulty as well? any idea's anyone?

Only thing recorded - C537 and C100 (both 100n/630) Orange and mid-way up power board, either side.

hi, thanks for reply! yes have already changed caps but fault remains, screen is definitely a badun and main board i think? cannot get the thing into service mode to read errors, shall salvage working parts and scrap the rest.
