LG 32LC46 No pic or sound

Hi i have two of these sets and both have the same fault. The sets both turn on but i have no sound or picture
i have changed a couple of caps but no luck, also i have had a look at the boards and both of them have already had the mods done in the factory already..Please can anyone give me any tips..Thx :051bye:

hi id be changing all the main caps on the psu had it with an lc 56 worked for me .dave

Hi just been given another set but the screen is smashed the only thing is the psu is diffrent on this one and i cannot even change the screen because that is diffrent aswell.One was manufactured in 2007 and the other in 2008..

have you noticed,the backlights are on for a short time or not or maybe are on all the time;it's important to know 'cos you can say if the inverter is ok or not.

EVILMRB:
Hi micheal,there is no backlight at all but if i turn the set on in the dark there is a little flash on the screen.
